About Sue Reid
|
| Susan St. John Reid is the broker and
owner of Reid Real Estate which was founded in 1987. When 99% of businesses
don't make it 10 years, and Reid Real Estate is celebrating it's 27th year, you
know you've found someone special. Sue is an area expert in Sapphire Valley,
specializing in resort sales of homes, condos and vacant land. She has sold over
300 homes and/or condo/town homes since founding the firm, and manages a rental portfolio
specializing in Sapphire Valley. Reid Real Estate is locally owned and
operated also. Sue was born in Chicago ... then moved to San
Jose, California ... back to Chicago again ... then on to Ballwin, Missouri,
where she graduated high school (Parkway West) and went on to attend the
University of Missouri. After school, she married and then lived in
Stuart, Melbourne and Jacksonville, Florida ... on to New Bern NC, before
finally settling in Sapphire Valley NC in 1983, where she raised her two sons,
Scott and Ryan! She also did real estate in Stuart, Florida too. She has
lived at the Sapphire Valley Resort (Fairfield) since 1983, which helps her be
an expert in the Valley being a homeowner for so many years and handling real
estate sales and rentals at the Valley.
